- Due to website construction, please do understand that temporarily we do not receive paypal or any credit card payment. By the time the 'online store' is ready we will open for more banks account, pay pal and credit card services.
- We will pack your order carefully, we understand that ceramic material is very delicate one, so please no worry as we will pack as secure as possible. Please apologize as we will not responsible for any product damages during transit due to courier faulty or any force majeure.
- Delivery schedule : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. No delivery service on Monday, Saturday and public holiday.
- All sales are fixed price and final, not refundable, not returnable nor exchangeable.
